The #C-RICE technical analysis of the price chart on daily timeframe shows #C-RICE,Daily has breached above its trading range and is rising above the 200-day moving average MA(200). We believe the bullish momentum will continue as the #C-RICE,Daily breaches above upper Donchian boundary at 13.35. A pending order to buy can be placed above that level. The stop loss can be placed below 12.53. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal low, following Parabolic indicator signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level without reaching the order, we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.

USDA upgraded its estimate for 2020/21 rice global supply. Will the rice price reverse its climbing?
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Economic Research Service revised upward rice production in 2020/21 for global rice market. It estimated global production at a record 503.2 million tons, up 2.0 million from the previous forecast. USDA raised its 2020/21 crop forecasts for Cambodia, China, the Philippines, Tanzania and the United States. The US crop forecast was raised 1.5 million hundredweight (cwt) to 227.6 million. The 2020/21 global consumption and residual use forecast was increased 1.5 million tons to a record 502.0 million tons. The 2020/21 global ending stocks forecast was raised 0.5 million tons to 179.5 million tons, also a record. Global supply upgrade is bearish for rice price. However the technical setup is bullish for rice.
